Do you enjoy dealing with customers and helping them find solutions to their financial problems? Our client a leading UK consumer credit and finance organisation are looking for an experienced Arrears Account Manager.
The role is like no other, as an Arrears Account Manager you will be responsible for:
The management of customers with accounts in arrears and outstanding debt. Working as part of a team, you will participate in a variety of arrears management activities including tracing debtors, contacting customers by telephone, mail and field visits and arrears counselling.
Essentials: - You must be self motivated and confident in approach - Possess exceptional communication skills - Ability to problem solve - Possess excellent negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships - You must be a car owner & hold a current driving licence
Desirable: Previous experience within a finance, collections, arrears management or credit control role is essential.
